SMS Terms & Consent

These SMS Terms & Consent disclosures apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of Federated Commerce Group LLC ("FCG," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to an FCG text messaging program, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program Description

FCG may send business text messages related to inquiries, pipeline plans, appointments, service updates, lead generation services, CRM services, AI-agent services, account support, and related marketing. Messages are intended for business contacts and authorized business representatives.

How to Opt In

You may opt in by submitting a website form with the SMS consent checkbox selected, by texting an advertised keyword to an FCG number, by signing a written form, or by giving verbal consent during a business call where the required disclosures are provided. Website SMS consent checkboxes are optional and unchecked by default. SMS consent is separate from accepting website terms or submitting a general inquiry.

Consent Is Optional

Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing services, submitting a business inquiry, or using this website. If a web form includes an SMS consent checkbox, the checkbox should be optional and unchecked by default.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with FCG, your inquiry, your account activity, and the messaging program. You may receive recurring messages.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any FCG text message. After you send STOP, we may send one final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, we will not send additional messages from that program unless you opt in again.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. Your mobile information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, be the authorized user of the mobile number provided, and provide consent in a business capacity or as an authorized representative of a business.

Supported Carriers

Text messaging may not be available on all carriers or in all areas. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and network operator.
